Smart Meeting Cloud is the meeting service that puts you and your contacts in the same room. It eliminates not only geographic distances, but links together even if you use different tools.

VIDEO CONFERENCE SYSTEM
  • Video conference system with external-call capability to a video address of the following format: example123.room@smartmeeting.se

  • Clients like Skype for Business, Cisco Jabber Video, Polycom Real Presence Desktop etc., with ability to call an external video address of the following format: example123.room@smartmeeting.se

  • Safari (recommended for Mac)

WEB BROWSER – SMARTPHONE/TABLET
  • Android: Google Chrome (app from Play Store)

  • Smartphone/tablet does not support outgoing presentation
  • Functionality is not guaranteed on older smartphones/tablets

  • No specific requirements

Be sure to keep your meeting tools updated in order to ensure functionality

HOW TO CONNECT

If possible, close other applications/web browser windows before joining the meeting room. To join a meeting room with a PIN number, enter PIN (4 digits) when prompted, then press ”#”.

VIDEO CONFERENCE SYSTEM
  • Enter the specified meeting address via your video system and dial up.
VIDEO CLIENT – PC/MAC/IOS
  • Skype for Business, Cisco Jabber Video, Polycom Real Presence Desktop (etc.): Enter the meeting address via your video system and dial up.
  • Note: Skype for Business requires manual activation of the camera with the camera button
WEB BROWSER – PC/MAC/IOS/ANDROID
  • If your default browser is supported according to the list above, click on the join link in the invitation. The meeting will then start automatically in your browser. Follow the instructions.
  • If your default browser is not supported: copy the link, open Chrome, paste the link and press enter. Follow the instructions.
  • Android: If Chrome is not available as your default browser you can download it at Play Store.
  • iOS/iPhone: Safari is available as your default browser.
SMART PHONE / TELEPHONE
  • Call the specified meeting phone number and enter meeting ID (included in the invitation). If you open the invitation in your smart phone, click on the phone number (which also contains meeting ID), taking you to the meeting.
